Will callers know it's AI? +

Can I change the script? +

What if I don't use a digital calendar? +

Then we set you up on confirm-first mode. Every booking gets texted to you for approval. You reply YES or NO from your phone. No app needed.

Can it handle 2 AM emergencies? +

Yes. You define what counts as urgent. Burst pipe, no heat, lockout, active leak, storm damage. Urgent calls are texted immediately. Non-urgent calls are booked or summarized for morning.

Can it quote prices? +

Only if you give it approved pricing language. Otherwise it captures the request and tells the caller someone will follow up.

Does it work with my existing phone number? +

What happens if the AI fails? +
