How does the 7-day audit work? +

You sign up with your phone number and email. Over the next 7 days, we call your number 5 times at random times: during business hours, evenings, and mornings. Each call gets graded on how fast it's answered, whether a human picks up, and what happens when nobody does. At the end of the week, you get a full report card via email.

What number will call me? +

Calls come from a Turnkey Dispatch phone number. If your caller ID shows it, you'll see our number. The point is to test your real phone behavior, so try not to screen based on caller ID.

What happens when I answer? +

If you or your receptionist picks up, you'll hear a brief message: "This is one of your scheduled phone tests from Turnkey Dispatch. Your line answered. Have a great day!" Then we hang up. Takes about 5 seconds.

Can I cancel the audit? +

Yes. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link that instantly cancels all remaining test calls. You'll still get a partial report with the calls already completed.

What's in the report card? +

Your report shows each call with the date, time, what happened (answered, voicemail, no answer), and an individual grade. Plus your overall score out of 100, answer rate percentage, and specific recommendations to improve.
